One page: write the task text, pick at least one goal (no task is submitted without a goal) and one or more of your activities (optional), and set the type and a duration from five to sixty minutes. Geolocation appears according to your entity policy. After submission it goes to your line manager for rating. PERF-V7-02 ENT-PERF-008 DATA-REQ-016
