Why Paseer

Organizations don’t lack systems. They lack connection

A plan in a slide deck, projects in one tool, tasks in email, risks in a spreadsheet, and KPIs compiled by hand before every meeting. No one can say what an objective cost, or which effort serves nothing.

Systems that don’t talkEach product has its own records and definitions, and reports are assembled by hand and go stale before they’re presented
Numbers without sourcesReadings with no record of who entered them or when, silently changed after the fact
Invisible effortThe daily work that takes up all the time never shows up in any plan
Strategic objectiveStrategy InitiativeStrategy ProjectProjects Daily taskPerformance Risk and controlGovernance & risk KPIMeasurement engine Measured impactBeneficiary · Sustainability
A connected path, calculated automaticallyReference links across products

Every item stays in its own product, and the core links them with reference IDs. That’s how the platform calculates what standalone tools can’t: the cost of an objective, leaked effort and decision time.

Value for your entity

Six values your entity gains

Worded without claiming compliance or accreditation or guaranteeing an outcome: the platform aligns clauses, produces evidence and reveals gaps, and the judgment belongs to the relevant body.

Control operating costProducts on one core with no duplicate records and no reconfiguration when a product is added, and daily tasks linked to objectives with working hours from the core calendar. Calculating the actual cost per objective is a planned capability.Products
Execute and track strategyA plan with an approved version whose objectives turn into KPIs, projects and tasks, with deviation tracked from its source, not from a manually compiled report.Strategy
Excellence readinessSelf-assessment with evidence from the platform, calibration between assessors and improvement plans closed by re-measurement. The platform prepares, it does not grant an award.Institutional excellence
International standards readinessAligning management system standard clauses, producing evidence from the products and revealing gaps. Certification is granted by an independent certification body.ISO compliance
Saudi regulatory complianceAligning the official communications regulation clauses in letters, and producing evidence of regulatory obligations and revealing their gaps in the governance register, in both Hijri and Gregorian calendars. The compliance judgment belongs to the competent authority, not the platform.Correspondence

Differentiators

What standalone tools can’t do

Because Paseer owns the daily task layer, the correspondence layer and the strategy layer together, it calculates what can only be seen across all three at once.

Cross-product chains

Work doesn’t stop at product boundaries

Seven documented chains that start in one product and finish in another, with a reference handoff and an event written once, and they close only with measured impact.

ISO compliance

Certification readiness becomes an everyday state, not an annual season

The platform scans its live evidence against management system standard clauses, turns gaps into actions in the owning product, and prepares a frozen pack and a secure auditor portal.

Evidence collected once, serving every standard Through the harmonized structure of 9001, 27001, 14001, 22301 and more
Human judgment where calculation isn’t enough with segregation of duties between owner and auditor
Fingerprinted frozen pack and an auditor portal with temporary guest access and an access log

What steps are required to respond to the Ministry of Finance’s request about digital transformation KPIs?
Per the correspondence guide, the reply is due within 10 working days via the national channel, in a letter signed by the authorized official. Nine KPIs are requested, three of which have approved manual readings and need their evidence attached.

Security and trust

Built for organizations that won’t accept ambiguity in their data

Full isolation for every organization. Platform operator access happens only through a justified, time-limited session that’s visible to you. And real restore tests, not just backups.

A database per organization

No tables shared between customers, and automated isolation tests in every release

A transparency log for you

Every operator access: who, when and why. Never edited, never hidden

Tested recovery

RPO up to 5 minutes and RTO up to 2 hours depending on plan, with disaster recovery drills twice a year

Standards alignment

ISO/IEC 27001 and 27701, OWASP ASVS, and independent penetration testing

For customers of Paseer 4.7

A migration that proves the numbers, not just moves them

For us, migration is a verified replacement: calculated results match point for point, every variance is classified before cutover, and the rollback point is rehearsed with a measured time.

Inventory and classification

An explicit decision for every entity: carry it over as is, rehome it in its product, or retire it.

Approved mappings

A field map, transformation rule and owner for every entity, with the line manager derived from the position, not from permissions.

Calculation parity

The same inputs in both engines, every component matched for every employee, and zero unclassified variance.

Cutover with a rehearsed rollback

An approved window, a timed dress rehearsal, sign-off from the client, security and quality, and 4.7 kept read-only through stabilization.

Plans

A service level that matches your responsibility

Every plan has the same isolation model and the same security controls. The difference is in recovery targets, availability and support.

FAQ

Before you ask

Do we have to buy every product?

No. Each product is a standalone SaaS module on top of the Shared Core. Start with what you need, and any product you add later inherits your structure, users and KPIs with no reconfiguration.

Where is our data stored, and who can see it?

Every organization has its own dedicated database. The platform operator can reach your data only through a time-boxed, scoped session with a ticket-linked justification, and it shows up for you instantly in a tamper-proof transparency log.

Does the platform grant ISO certificates?

No. The platform prepares you for certification with live evidence, a frozen pack and an auditor portal. Certificates are issued by an accredited certification body. The platform never displays the text of any standard, only clause numbers and short titles.

How does AI work with our sensitive data?

Through a single model gateway with a per-organization data policy and a declared hosting model. Your content is never used to train models, no sensitive decision is made without human approval, and every call is recorded in an audit log.

We’re on Paseer 4.7. Will we lose our historical data?

No. It’s migrated with approved mappings and a calculation-parity test on your own sample, legacy certificates are kept as snapshots with their source, and 4.7 stays read-only through the agreed stabilization period.

I can’t sign in. How do I ask for help?

Open a ticket from the public support form. The form does not confirm whether an account or entity exists, and the support team verifies your identity before any action.

Does the platform work in Arabic and English?

Yes. Arabic first, with right-to-left layout and the Hijri calendar, and every field in both Arabic and English, on web, iOS and Android.

Public support

Can’t sign in, or have a question before contracting?

This form is for two cases only: those who cannot sign in, and those with a question before contracting. Regular support is from inside your app after signing in.

We don’t reveal your entity’s data here The response is the same for every request and does not confirm whether an account or entity exists
Verification before any access No access to the entity’s data is opened from this request before your identity and affiliation with it are verified
